CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ________________________________________ 📅 BOOKING DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your event date. ________________________________________ ❌ CANCELLATIONS •Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: Deposit is retained, no additional charges. •Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event: May be subject to additional fees up to the full event balance. ________________________________________ 🔄 RESCHEDULING •Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. •Must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. •Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion. ________________________________________ 🌧️ WEATHER POLICY For outdoor events: •We may reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions. •No refunds will be issued due to weather; rescheduling will be offered when possible. ________________________________________ 💳 NO-SHOWS Failure to be present at the scheduled time/location will result in forfeiture of all payments. ________________________________________ ⚠️ LATE PAYMENTS Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking. ________________________________________ By booking with Elevated Moments by Bell LLC, you agree to this policy.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES •Client must provide a safe and suitable environment for setup and use of equipment. •Client is responsible for supervising children at all times. •Client agrees to follow all care instructions provided by the Company. ________________________________________ 4. EQUIPMENT USE All rented items remain the property of Elevated Moments by Bell LLC. Client agrees to: •Use items as intended •Prevent damage, stains, or misuse •Return all items in original condition ________________________________________ 5. DAMAGES & FEES Client is responsible for: •Damaged items •Missing items Applicable fees will be charged as outlined in our Cleaning & Damage Policy. ________________________________________ 6. LIABILITY Elevated Moments by Bell LLC is not liable for: •Injuries, accidents, or incidents during the event •Allergic reactions or sensitivities •Misuse of equipment Client assumes full responsibility for all participants and guests. ________________________________________ 7.
